3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

By uploading data to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Store, process, and analyze your data to provide the Service
Generate aggregated, anonymized statistics and insights
Display your data back to you through our analytics interface
Create backup copies for disaster recovery

This license terminates when you delete your data or account, except for data retained in backups for a reasonable period.

5.3 Aggregated Data

We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from user telemetry to:

Aggregated data does not identify you personally and becomes our property.

6. Service Availability & Limitations

That server maintenance will not cause temporary downtime

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Free Tier

MyRacingData offers a free tier with limited features. Free accounts are subject to usage limitations including storage caps, session limits, and feature restrictions.

7.2 Paid Subscriptions (Future)

We may offer paid subscription plans in the future with enhanced features. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Refunds may be issued at our discretion or as required by law

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or data loss
Errors or inaccuracies in telemetry analysis or recommendations
Actions taken based on data or insights provided by the Service
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Third-party content or conduct on the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination
