GDPR

This is a starting template provided for transparency. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — have it checked by legal counsel before relying on it.

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you rights over your personal data. This page summarizes them and how to exercise them with MyRacingData.

Controller & legal bases

MyRacingData is the controller of your account and telemetry data. We process it to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of your consent (e.g. optional features), and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the product.

Your rights

Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Rectification — correct inaccurate data (you can edit your profile directly).

Erasure — request deletion of your account and data.

Portability — receive your data in a portable format.

Objection & restriction — object to or restrict certain processing.

Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent, withdraw it at any time.

Exercising your rights

Use the contact page to make a request. We'll respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
