These Terms govern your use of MyRacingData — the website, dashboard, and telemetry capture app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login and API keys secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
Use MyRacingData for capturing and analyzing your own sim-racing telemetry. Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no uploading of unlawful content.
The service
MyRacingData captures telemetry from supported sims, stores your sessions, and provides analysis and coaching tools. Features evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Plans & billing
A free tier is available. Paid plans, when offered, are billed as described at checkout; you can cancel according to the plan terms. Prices and plan features may change with notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of your telemetry and session data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it back to you and to anyone you share a link with.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MyRacingData is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
